What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?

I love the access to a variety of waterways! Having rivers, lakes, marshes, wetlands, ponds, creeks, ocean, estuaries and watersheds make for endless adventure and inspiration. I also love the diversity of food available in the local areas.

Why do you work here (at the District)?

Working at the district as a community conservation crew member was an incredible experience that inspired me to continue my work in this county. Having grown up in Snohomish county, I also have a vested interest in protecting the wild spaces of this area for those who will come after me (human and ecological community alike!)

Bonus fact!

  • I play a variety of instruments, sing, and write music!
