Resolution # 2017_01: Automatic Re-Election of Incumbent
The Snohomish Conservation District Board of Supervisors resolved on February 21, 2017 to proceed with informing the voting public that the incumbent has been re-elected to the currently open seat by reason of being the only person filling for the position by the filling deadline. Therefore, no poll site, absentee balloting or mail balloting will be performed pursuant to WAC 135-110-370. For further information, please contact the District at 425-335-5634.

To vote in an SCD election, you must:
- Be a qualified elector of Snohomish or Island County and
- Occupy land as an owner, lessee, renter, or tenant lying within the Snohomish Conservation District, which includes all of unincorporated Snohomish County, Camano Island, and the following cities that have requested to be in the District or were incorporated after the District was formed: Arlington, Brier, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Snohomish, Stanwood, and Woodway.
