What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?
It is the most beautiful region with a mild climate and abundance of water, mountains, grasslands, and forests. I like to go on hikes, forage mushrooms and berries, and just spend as much time outdoors as I can.
Why do you work here (at the District)?
I want to do what I can to support farm viability. I enjoy providing technical assistance to agricultural producers to increase accessibility to information, finding financial opportunities to support their ecosystem services, and spreading the knowledge I learn from them along the way. Conservation districts have the ideal framework to do all of this.
Bonus fact(s)!
I love to cook (and eat)
