Active Interlocal Agreements

The District uses interlocal agreements (ILAs) to partner with other local public agencies to provide more efficient, less costly public service. RCW 39.34 permits a local government to enter into interlocal agreements with other public agencies in the interest of cooperatively sharing resources for their mutual benefit and RCW 89.08.341 specifically permits Conservation Districts to enter into ILAs. The District’s active interlocal agreements are listed below to comply with RCW 39.34.040. Questions about the agreements may be directed to Sarah Jones, Chief Administrative Officer, at sjones@snohomishcd.org or 360-722-2679.
