Better Ground Display Garden at the NWFGF

The Puget Sound Conservation Districts (PSCDs) worked together on a native plant and conservation best practices display garden at this year's Northwest Flower & Garden Festival in Seattle. We hope you got to see this beautiful display which mimics our native environment. If not, click below to view a walking tour by Garden Answer. Our garden is featured between 4:30 and 6:00.

Many people walked up to the garden and said, "This is just like my back yard." Karen Bishop, whose last day as District Manager with Whidbey Island Conservation District was her CD's plant sale on Saturday, February 23rd, stopped by and was so impressed. The display garden really showed off the power of our local partnerships. Thanks so much to King Conservation District staff, Snohomish Conservation District staff, and many vendors including Pacific Top Soil for making it possible.
