What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?
I love that no matter the season, the Pacific Northwest always has an abundance of fun recreating! We are very lucky to get to enjoy beautiful mountains, great rivers, the ocean, all different kinds of forests, and everything in between. Rain or shine, PNWers will be out and about whether it’s walking their dogs, going to the farmers market, trying new restaurants, or just enjoying the lovely scenery!
Why do you work here (at the District)?
Working at the SCD allows me the opportunity to make connections with urban and rural communities to learn and work together in order to be better environmental stewards. I love being able to get outside everyday and learn from great people!
Bonus fact!
I love to do pottery and watercolor, my first language is french, and rivers are my favorite body of water!
