What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?
I absolutely love being surrounded by lush landscapes and snow-capped peaks. Also…moss!! I can’t get enough of it.
Why do you work here (at the District)?
I work at the District because I believe collaboration is fundamental to sustainable resource management—and the District certainly loves to collaborate! I’m so excited I get to work collectively with all sorts of people to care for our local communities, species, and landscapes.
Bonus fact(s)!
I used to take my pet lizards on walks (yes, I had a lizard leash) so they could eat fresh dandelions.
I know how to tube feed elephant seal pups!
