Due to the pandemic, our regular spot has been taken over by COVID-19 tests and vaccines. We have been relocated to the horse barn, which is fine by us. We love horses, too. Below is a map of the new location. Look for the green circles!

 
 

From Highway 2, turn north onto 179th Ave SE. The Equestrian Barn or Building 105 is located at the second entrance to the Fairgrounds.

We will have Snohomish Conservation District / Plant Sale signage along the route to make sure that you know where to go. In essence, you’ll be making a counter-clockwise loop around the horse barn buildings once inside the fairgrounds.

Pick Up Dates and Times

Saturday, February 27, 2021 either 9 a.m. to noon*, or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday, February 28, 2021 either 9 a.m. to noon, or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

*Please note that our Saturday morning pick up window has the most people scheduled. Please be prepared to possibly wait in your car for a while.

If you want to change to any of the other times, you are more than welcome to do so. You do not need to let us know if you plan to come Saturday afternoon or anytime on Sunday.

If something comes up and you or friends are unable to come either day, please contact us via email. We will advise you about where your plants will be. We will hold orders for one week and then they will be forfeited.

General Pick Up Guidelines

Please remain in your car until addressed by one of our Plant Sale staff. They will ask for you name and order number and then retrieve your plants.

Please wear a mask when addressing SCD staff.

  • If you placed more than one order please tell us both numbers at pick up.

  • We can also look up order numbers by name if need be.

  • If you are picking up a rain barrel mention that too so we can direct you to a side parking lot for easy loading.

  • We will set your order near your car so you can self-load.

    • If you have a truck, we will load it in the open bed.

    • If you have a self opening trunk, we can load your order.
