Earn your Woods Creek Steward Sign!

Join your neighbors in having trees planted along Woods Creek and receive this special Steward sign to proudly display on your property! The planting is completely FREE­­ thanks to a grant the Snohomish Conservation District received from the Department of Ecology to help salmon survive by reducing stream temperatures.*

The District will work with you to coordinate what native trees and shrubs to plant and where to plant them. Our Washington Conservation Corps crew will remove the weeds in the area and install all the plants.

*To qualify for the sign and funding, your planting must meet requirements set by our funder, the Department of Ecology. Funding is offered on a first-come first-served basis.
