What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?

I love all that the PNW great outdoors has to offer. I grew up in Texas around dirt and tumbleweeds. So to live here in the PNW surrounded by so much water, huge trees, hiking trails, biking trails and campsites is just amazing.

Why do you work here (at the District)?

I work here because I believe in our mission to help preserve the natural resources I love and appreciate in our area. I love being a part of an organization that works with the community to help educate us on how to preserve and conserve our natural resources.

Bonus fact!

Baking is my love language and my favorite day of the week is Sample Sunday! Sample Sunday is my day to perfect my recipes for our mobile food booth business and we share our "experiments" with our neighbors and friends.
