Put on your work-ready Halloween costumes and help Snohomish Conservation District plant trees at Wiggums Hollow Park! There will be hot cider, candy, and glow stick accessories for all volunteers. There will also be a fun and informative short lesson about how to plant and care for young trees. The trees we plant will create habitat, clean our air and stormwater, and beautify the area all year round--whether it's the spooky season or not.
There's no experience necessary to participate - coffee, gloves, tools, water, and snacks will be provided. This planting is family-friendly and people of all ages and abilities are welcome!
Please register by October 23 so we can make sure to have enough gear and snacks for everyone.
