Stewarding our Island Ecosystems

  • Camano Island Library (Sno-Isle Libraries) 848 N Sunrise Blvd Camano Island, WA 98282 United States (map)

Camano Island’s natural beauty is a delight for residents and visitors and it requires stewardship. You can help protect the island’s natural resources, enhance your connection with nature, and learn how to manage some of the challenges of living in this dynamic environment.

Join Kristin Marshall and Kathryn Wells from the Snohomish Conservation District (SCD) to learn about enhancing your home with native plants, where to go for help if you live on a bluff, and how SCD can provide one-on-one, voluntary, and FREE assistance for you to create a vibrant home with healthy forest, abundant birds and butterflies, and a thriving local ecosystem.

Free and in-person at the Camano Island Library. No need to register.

Questions? Contact Kathryn at 425-377-7024 or kathryn@snohomishcd.org.

Sponsored by WSU Extension Island County as part of the “Our Earth, Our Home” Speaker Series held at the Camano Island Library.
