The rainy season is coming fast, and now is the perfect time to learn about rain gardens, while lending a hand in your community. The City of Edmonds, in partnership with WSU Master Gardeners and Snohomish Conservation District is building a neighborhood cluster of 6 rain gardens to help address stormwater runoff in our city. Please stop by 8324 Sierra Dr., Edmonds, WA on Saturday, October 10th, from 10am to 12:30pm, to help plant the rain gardens and to learn more. This event is free, and coffee and refreshments will be provided. For more information, call Kate Riley at 425.377.7004
