Kristoferson Update - Week Four
/The Culvert Is in at the Russell Road Site
The Russell Road culvert is in place and the contractor is now backfilling around the culvert and placing the stream bed rock in the culvert.
It is a 64-foot long culvert, so it will take a few days to backfill, compact, and place the stream bed rock. I anticipate that this work will continue into early next week.
Then, the contractor will complete road base and paving of both Russell Road and Barnum/Triangle Bay Road (likely toward the end of next week). I hope that Russell Road will be open by the end of next week; Barnum/Triangle Bay Road will also be temporarily closed (again) for paving at some point next week.
I'll send an email out once I know what traffic/road closure impacts are expected to occur next week for paving.
Thank you everyone for your patience and support during this project!
