Together with local farmers, the Snohomish Conservation District developed an Agriculture Resilience Plan for the county. Attend this short talk to learn about development of this plan, what is means for Snohomish County agriculture, and how you can help us implement projects to ensure the farming landscape stays resilient into the future. We will present the results of assessments looking at the impact of sea level rise on groundwater and increased flooding on our farms. We'd also love to hear your thoughts on how to maintain our agricultural land-base and ensure farming is viable into the future.
