Map of the Carp Creek Watershed
This workshop is primarily for residents of the Carp Creek watershed on the west side of Camano (neighborhoods include Madrona, see map for specific area). There will be presentations on why Carp Creek's water quality is important and what those in the area may do to help. At the end, Kristin and Alicia from Snohomish Conservation District, along with other specialists, will chat with those interested in pursuing different methods of improving the creek's health, such as installing rain gardens and rainwater cisterns, native plants along the stream, and learning how to get involved in water quality citizen science.
