NW Envirothon Competition - Now Enrolling Teams!
Do you have students who like to challenge themselves, especially in the environmental realm? Do you have an FFA, science or other nature-related club or team that would like to test their knowledge of earth science?
The 2017 NW Regional Envirothon is coming up in March and will be held at Brightwater Center near Woodinville. The daylong competition challenges students on their knowledge of soils, aquatics, forestry, wildlife and a current issue. The link to the study guides for the current issue is below. It generally requires an oral presentation by the team and is scored on each member's participation as well as team knowledge.
2017 Envirothon Study Guide can be viewed here.
Get your team together and join us for a fun day and challenging competition! The winning team from each country will go on to a state competition in May. The state winning team will go on to compete against national and Canadian teams in Maryland in July.
