Snohomish Conservation District provides elementary and secondary environmental science lessons to public and private schools in Snohomish County and Camano Island. Our standards-aligned, hands-on lessons strengthen scientific reasoning, environmental awareness and real-world problem solving skills. Our lessons integrate local natural resource issues into the curriculum so students can become aware of the conservation issues happening in their local communities. Browse our website to learn about our various educational offerings ranging from in-classroom presentations to extracurricular service learning and teacher workshops.
Join our mailing list to ensure you're in the know. We'll send occasional emails throughout the year with updates on our class and calendar openings, special grant opportunities, teacher workshops, and more!
