What do you like about living in the Pacific Northwest?
I moved to Seattle in 2009 for college, and still have a long list of beautiful places I have yet to explore. I love to take road trips around the PNW with my friends & family, and enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, running, camping, and just spending time outside.
Why do you work here (at the District)?
I have fun getting students excited about science, exploring nature, developing amazing science curricula, and particularly enjoy teaching outdoors. I'm really interested in learning more about conservation and restoration, so I'm excited to be a part of the SCD team!
- I'm a musician, and own/operate a small business in my spare time!
