Teachers and Educators

You can receive a free poster and student activity sheet by picking one up at the Conservation District office in Lake Stevens or by asking for one at the Annual Conservation Plant Sale in March at the Monroe fairgrounds.

The posters show what a family can do in their own backyard to help prevent pollution and keep our streams clean. The activity sheets are suitable for copying and allow students to search for items in the poster. They are geared for elementary age students.

The posters were produced by SCD with funding from a Washington Department of Ecology Centennial Clean Water fund grant.
