For our part, we will be planting along Woods Creek to support the food system that supports Chinook and therefore Orcas.
Native plants keep local waters clean, cool and desirable for a huge variety of insects and macro-invertebrates. Want to help feed our resident Orca whales? Planting the vegetation that supports their food network - from insects to Chinook salmon - on places like Woods Creek is critical.
